One of the fun parts of traveling to the northwest was that the colder climate meant we got to re-experience many spring flowers!
We went to a park in the city and there were tons of tulips!
Unfortunately some of the dust from the city could be seen on the tulips when photographed very close, but they were still brilliantly bright.
Lilacs are one of our favorites :)
Photos taken with a Canon T2i with a Canon 50mm 1.8 and a manual 50mm lens reversed for better macro.
