One of the ways we celebrated our first Christmas in China was by making Christmas cookies!

The buffalo cookie cutter was a gift from my (Rachel's) sisters to Josh, a true gift of love since they are Ram fans, not CU Buffs fans. :)
For our contribution to the Christmas Day feast, we made snowballs, using Josh's grandma's recipe.
