Over the past few weeks, we've been getting as much time in with our families as possible, and enjoying our last autumn in Colorado for a while!
We had a picnic in the mountains with my (Rachel's) mom's side of our family. I was really excited so many could come!
(L to R: Uncle Mike, my cousins Peter and Sarah, Aunt Janet, Uncle Russ, Anna, us, Mom, Lizzy, and James. Gilbert was having trouble looking at the camera.)
Me, Anna, and Sarah.
One of the last pictures of the three of us was probably in matching Christmas dresses 25 years ago. :)
Beautiful! Near White Pine, CO.
Sisters, sisters, there were never such devoted sisters!
I love you, Josh!
It was an amazing day. :)
Later that week, we went up to Canon City to spend time with Josh's side of the family.
We went to a festival...
Played games...
And had an early Thanksgiving Dinner! It felt so Thanksgiving-y, we almost forgot that the rest of the country wasn't celebrating at the same time. :)

Mom and Nana
We also celebrated Nana and Bubba's birthdays a few days early.
Happy Birthday, Nana and Bubba!
Most recently, we went with Josh's family to a cute cabin tucked away among aspen trees.
Brotherly computer time.
Kels all snuggled in!
The stars were amazing up there, and we did astronomy for two nights. I worked on my list of Messier objects (pronounced Messy-ay)... Josh will make an astronomer of me yet. :)
Goodbye for now, big blue telescope!
We have wonderful families! <3
