So these macro shots are not of wildlife. One day, I tried my hand at taking photos of water ripples at home. It was fun, but quite challenging too.
I had to pay attention to the lighting for all the different angles that would reflect, and the angle of the shot. The quick speed of the shot also made it more difficult to get much of the subject in focus.
I actually was not dropping anything in the water but using a quick burst of air to make the ripples.
Photos taken with a Canon T2i with a manual 50mm lens reversed for better macro.
