A little while ago, we went on a hike with a few local friends in the mountains just south of where we live. So far we have only been to the mountains twice, but it is really nice to get out of the city.
Apparently men on all continents like to climb big rocks just for the fun of it.
We had a picnic halfway up the mountain (and we brought way too much food!).

There was quite a large number of Buddhist temples on the top of all the
mountains. With
the help of our friends, we even got to talk with one of the monks for a while.

Unfortunately it was a hazy day in town so, we couldn't see anything but the very southern edge of the city.
