We are back to the back yard of a friend in Durango, CO, for this week's macro shots. These were taken this August right at sunset.
More from Durango, CO. I felt the color contrast between the pink of the flower, green of the background, and dark purple of the stamens was striking.
I do not know what type of flower this is so help with identification is appreciated :-)
These dianthus were taken at a friend's house in Sterling, CO.
Taken with a Canon T2i with the 18-55 mm kit lens mounted backward with a reversal ring and on the 55mm focal length.
