November and December were very busy, but very good months for us. Sorry we have not posted in so long!
In November, we went on a road trip through New Mexico and Arizona.
We stopped at a traditional Destree family favorite restaurant in Albuquerque (though we sorta have to admit that our favorite restaurants were in Las Cruces, sorry Mom and Dad).
After Albuquerque we headed to Las Cruces where we had wonderful time connecting and sharing with many long time friends. Unfortunately, while we saw so many people, we took so few pictures that you will just have to imagine what it was like.
After Las Cruces we headed over to Phoenix, AZ, and had time both to visit people and for some rest after a busy week.
We are not quite sure whether it was from being tired or maybe too much sun and heat (it was like 70 degrees!), but Josh felt the need to imitate the saguaro cacti.
