Sunday was International Women's Day!
Josh surprised me with a trip to the plant market... one of our favorite places on cold, grey days.
On Sunday, though, the cut flowers part was crazy, packed with people, beautiful bouquets, and... not-as-beautiful bouquets. :)
Heehee... I think the ones with teddy bears are funny.
We bought some different things and made our own bouquet at home.
And from the plants section, some geraniums in anticipation of warmer days to come. And a few kilos of dirt from our favorite sellers. We asked if it was a good business day for them, too, but they said no one really wants dirt and fertilizer on Women's Day. :)
Waiting for spring and the return of the sun to this northwest window sill...
I'm planning to put them in the window box outside the window when it's warm enough.
